Rigid Double-Sided Interconnects

Striker International Inc. utilizes relationships with many different manufacturers to accommodate our customers different needs and expectations. With Multi Layer, single and double sided circuits boards becoming more and more a request, our teaming approach provides high quality boards for a market that tends to be ignored by other competitors. We are able to maximize the value to you by offering to place the work in the best-suited manufacturing facility.

Striker International Inc. offers the most cost-effective solutions to our customers interconnect requirements. Should a customer choose to have their entire product line manufactured in a Striker International Inc., team facility, we have the capacity available to meet those needs.

Rigid Multilayer Interconnect

Since 1972 team members have been participating in a constant array of technology innovations. These domestic facilities specialize in fulfilling time critical, prototype through medium production requirements. West coast facilities have over 120,000 square feet of domestic multilayer capacity available to our customers.

All new orders placed in are subjected to a thorough review for manufacturability. Our experienced pre-engineering staff is well versed in providing customers with valuable insight and recommendations that can positively impact the overall quality of the end product. This process gives our customers exposure to the latest in board manufacturing techniques and cost saving alternatives.

Concurrent engineering efforts have become a vital part of a well-designed product. As engineers are developing their products, they consult with technical resources. Striker International Inc., offers customers engineering consultation on the most reliable and cost effective methods for constructing products. This includes a wide range of raw materials and final metal finishes to compliment the electrical and mechanical aspects of each product.

ISO 9002 registered, Underwriters' Laboratories (UL) approved, and we can produce products that meet Mil-spec and Bellcore requirements.

Flex & Rigid-Flex

In the interconnect industry we realize there are requirements for both rigid and flexible circuits. When faced with 3-dimensional packaging issues, flexible circuitry saves space and weight with one thin system. Vibrations and shock that would crack rigid boards have little or no effect on flexible circuits, providing longer life and improved performance.

Striker International Inc., can provide all your flex, and rigid-flex interconnect needs. Similar to our capabilities for rigid boards, we offer quick turns and prototype through production volumes.

Surface Mount
10+ years experience in Surface Mount technology and assembly we can meet our customers needs turn key or simple and immediate assembly can be met with state of the art equipment consisting of a MPM printer, a Multitroniks pick and place, and a Zevatech oven provides excellent quality and on time delivery.

Thru Hole
10+ years experience in Thru Hole and electronic component technology has allowed for the quality and on time delivery matching 610B requirement for quality.

Electro Mechanical
Rear panels, power inlet filters, discrete wiring harnesses, transformer modification, or any other needs that our customers require.

Prototype
With an engineering staff available to assist in any changes and testing necessary we make the prototype as quick and painless as possible. From Gerber Design to testing, electronic replacement and redesign we can turn a costly situation into an affordable one with a quick delivery time table.

Kitting
With over 10 years of experience and on time delivery our kitting service is a very valuable tool for our contractors. From hardware to electronics to service related items we deliver the quality products needed in record time to ensure continued manufacturing with NO down time.

TurnKey
With the team partnerships we have and the current and obsolete stock we carry in house we can provide a complete turn key project for our customers. CABLE HARNESS ASSEMBLY

Custom manufacturer of heavy gauge cable applications or light gauge wire harness manufacturing. Capabilities and experience include crimping, soldering and over-molding with a wide variety of connectors and components. Inventory includes many different types of spade connectors and ring terminals as well different styles of insulated or un-insulated wire, manufacturing just what you need for your application.
